As a fitness and Spinning instructor, I am constantly looking for new ways to keep my classes and participants motivated. I look for new products, exercises, music and movements to update my routines so that my participants keep seeing results and continue to visit my classes. If I am looking for new “tricks,” then I assume other fitness enthusiasts are, too. And that is the purpose of this blog site.

On a daily basis, I work with different clients who are each looking to obtain different results. Whether you are a group fitness instructor, a fitness enthusiast or just an “average Joe”, this blog will introduce you to some new ideas or will serve to remind you of some good old fashioned moves.
